How can I make an appointment?

You may call our office at (712)225-6431 to make an appointment.

How can I get my medications refilled?

The best way to request a refill of a medication Dr. Veit or Jamie prescribed for you is to call your pharmacy and have them send us a refill request. You can expect a response within 24 hours. Please be aware that our office policy is to never authorize refills of controlled substances (such as narcotic pain medications and sleeping/anxiety pills) or antibiotics without an office visit. We have this policy in order to insure that we promptly re-evaluate any pain or infection resistant to treatment. To obtain refills of these types of medications, please schedule an appointment with us. Dr. Veit and Jamie will not refill medications prescribed by other health care providers. Any new prescription (a medication that we have not prescribed for you before) requires an office visit; please make an appointment.
